Last Friday night my family and I were all asleep and the alarm went off. Within mere seconds the Sentinel monitoring station called to make sure everything was O.K. Turns out our family’s golden lab had gotten loose and it was just a false alarm. However, it is so nice to know that if it had been a real prowler that Sentinel would have been there for us so quickly. Keep up the good work.

I was babysitting my grandchildren and everyone was asleep. During the early morning my alarm system went off. The monitoring personnel called to make sure everything was alright and I said yes-it went off accidentally. Somehow my two year old granddaughter had opened and closed the back door and was outside looking for her mother. If my alarm hadn’t gone off who knows how long she would have been outside. I thank Sentinel Security personnel for their prompt calling and kindness. My granddaughter was alright.
